|
The production of axial fans of I.V.I. “ILMED VENTILAZIONE INDUSTRIALE S.r.l.” covers either fans of diameters from 500 mm to 10 m with adjustable pitch blades at standstill (AP) either fans of diameters from 1 m to 6 m with automatic variable pitch in rotation (AV), either complete motor fan groups. Special software developed by I.V.I. can be used for selection of impellers.
All the fans are manufactured using airfoil shaped aluminium extrusions. The airfoil sections were selected and developed by I.V.I. for specific application. Fans up to 1600 mm of diameter are delivered assembled and dynamically balanced. Larger fans, delivered disassembled, have the hub dynamically balanced and blades statically balanced against a master blade.
